Introduction:

Nateglinide (English name: Nateglinide), the content is off-white; it is a D-phenylalanine derivative and is a non-sulfonylurea hypoglycemic drug. Its mechanism of action is mainly through interaction with sulfonyl groups on pancreatic islet B cells. Urea receptors combine to block the opening of ATP-sensitive potassium channels in pancreatic islet cells, causing cell membrane depolarization, causing the opening of calcium channels, and promoting insulin secretion; it is a new type of mealtime blood sugar regulator that can effectively control postprandial blood sugar levels. It has the characteristics of rapid onset of action, short duration of action, and low incidence of cardiovascular side effects and hypoglycemia.
